Scheduling Appointments
Calling us at (360)435-8929 or emailing at vet.acvs@gmail.com are great ways to get in touch with us. We will get you scheduled as soon as we can for our next available appointment.
New Clients
We are accepting new clients and are excited to meet you. We do require a non- refundable new client registration fee of $35 to make an appointment.
Medication Requests
We ask that you plan ahead for product and medication refills. Please try and call at least 2 days ahead of time for refills to allow us time to get it ready for you. You also have the option of ordering food and medication for home delivery from our online store and you can request medication refills through our app.
Checking In
If you are here to check in for your appointment you are welcome to head on into the clinic. If you prefer to check in over the phone, just give us a call and let us know where you are parked at.
Email List
If you would like to be apart of our email contact list, email us at vet.acvs@gmail.com and let us know that you would like to be added. Another great way to receive communication from us is through our app.
Payment Options
Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
We accept debit and major credit cards. We understand that emergencies happen, in those cases we do also accept CareCredit.
